Q. How will Read Abroad help me?
A. Read Abroad will help you to study in Australia and make the entire process a smooth journey to your study destination in Australia. Our offices provide counseling, Application Assistance, Deferential Aptitude testing, Interest inventory, Personalized IELTS coaching, assistance with Visa’s, ticketing, airport pickup and initial accommodation in Australia.

Q. Are Australian degrees recognized worldwide? Why is GMAT and GRE not asked for by all Australian Universities?
Australia and India recognize each other's degrees and they are recognized worldwide. Australian Universities do not insist upon students going for a GMAT or GRE etc. because these exams are for American Universities so students have to give these tests to be judged by American Standards.

Q. What are TAFE colleges?

TAFE stands for 'TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION', and the courses are more vocationally oriented and on completion, the students are ready for a job. Various Diplomas and advance Diplomas like Hospitality, Multimedia, Dental Technology, Aviation, Fashion and Automobiles etc. are offered. Alternatively, after completion of Diploma, one can directly articulate into a Bachelors program at a university in Australia.

Q.Can I work while I am studying?
Yes, but the amount and type of work you can undertake depends on your visa. Semester/academic year participants can work for pay up to 20 hours per week while classes are in session and 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Students on tourist visas are not permitted to work.
